– A valid passport (with a Seven-Nine month validity on the date of the application) & all previous Passport.
– Recent Photo 2 Copies (Passport Size 35″ X 45″, White background, Matt/Glossy Lab Print).
– National ID card Photocopy (Both Side).
– Birth Certificate Photocopy (Only for Child & Infant).
– Income Tax Certificate & TIN Certificate.

-Letter of Invitation (If Have but not Mandatory)

– Inviter Details (Ex: Relationship between applicant, Contact Details, Address, Passport Copy, Permanent Resident Card, Bank Statement, Any Utility Bill Copy)
– C.V Mention (Present Address, Contact Number, Email address, Last Educational qualification, Name of previous organization.)
– Family information (Parents, Spouse, Child & Sibling’s name, date of birth & Demise, current country of residence).
– Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months (Must have Bank Seal & Signature).
– Bank Solvency Certificate (Must have Bank Seal & Signature).
– Date and reason for previous refusal (If any).
– Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport).
